MOSCOW, Oct 18 (PRIME) -- Russia’s economy has fully recovered and will expand by not more than 4.2% this year, Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said on Monday.
“We estimate the GDP growth for this year at 4.2%,” Reshetnikov said.
“The recovery is generally exhausted, the economy has reached its trajectory, the epidemiological situation has worsened, this is why we can hardly count on a higher rate this year.”
